Not really canon just a novel that’s canon haha. But the next manga chapter is episode 148 if you skipped all of the filler. Even if you do not watch filler, they still connect the manga episodes as if you were watching it in that order.

128-140 and 157-220 are mainly manga and anime canon but are detrimental to understand the storyline. All other anime canon is useless!!!!!

It's understandable that Naruto being the hokage should personally read every paper that he has to sign. What I dont understand is why he doesnt just use shadow clones. That way, he gets it all done and has knowledge of all the papers he signed

in shippuden when kiba was searching for the gift to the narutos wedding they show girl who maybe is his girlfriend. not sure/don't remember if that couple is canon

If I tell you it will be a spoiler, but I promise you everyone would be disappointed if you didn't, it's one of the most liked arcs in Boruto, even including the manga canon.

It's kind of a turning point / realization point for boruto. Plus it's an fun arc. Most of all anime cannon arc have this but this is one of the ones to watch

Along with that I’d also say ep 157-220 are practically mandatory to watch to understand the story. There are bunches of flat out filler that you can skip but all the anime canon in those range of episodes are very important!

If you want to know about the last otsutsuki then I would watch 128-136, but 156-180 is not mandatory. It has some great fights but it will drag on and will give you the same level of confusion of references for what you skipped before the chuunin exams. It flows well enough in the manga to watch 151 then 181.

Why are you telling him to skip 156-180 when manga canon characters, specifically the antagonists are introduced there, lmao. He'll be confused when he skips to 181 and see characters mention stuff that took place in the kara actuation lmao.

They kinda insinuated that Naruto uses Shadow clones all over the village all the time since the beginning of the series and in the novels....so its safe to assume he already has shadow clones elsewhere taking care of other things in the village

This is why reactors hate asking boruto fans about episodes lmaooo yall swear everything is "mandatory" lol....it's safe to say there are non Canon arcs that add to Boruto's story that will be a good watch and most fans love them.....but it is not mandatory....maybe take a peak to see what the arc is about n see if you want to watch it or not.
