Excited for you to start book 3 imo it's arguably the greatest season out of both series🗣

Silky BK

Yeh when people were talking about book 2 not being that great they really meant how lackluster this ending was. It was mad rushed and I’m pretty sure until book 3, the creators were made to believe each book was the last one, so the stakes were always astronomical

Yh if the Korra writers knew from the jump how many seasons they would get the first two seasons would've run way more smoothly narrative wise.

DandyZombie

I always assumed she found a piece of Raava in the tea pot that iroh said still has a bit of light in in, but this season ended with a bit of an ass pull, next season is pretty good. The main issue is more of a compelling problem.

So Vatuu will not reincarnate into another person and Korra basically started a new avatar cycle with her as the start

Shado

Ravaa was inside Vaatu. Ravaa said that even if she destroyed Vaatu, darkness would grow inside her until he reemerged. Jinora just revealed Ravaa growing inside Vaatu, she didn't find Ravaa.

2023-05-20 05:19:49 this end show how power the avatar can be for me & also raava is back to her prime form so korra is even more powerful. "Even Though We Should Learn From Those Who Came Before Us, We Must Also Forge Our Own Path" make me realize she's right no past avatar has live in a world like korra with robots and politics etc so their advice and wisedom is totally useless.

2023-05-20 05:19:49 2 definitely isnt my fave book, but I really enjoyed it regardless after rewatching it with the last 2 seasons being watched. 3 and 4 are very much steps above 1 & 2 no doubt. When this first came out tons of people (and some still do) bash heavily on Korra for losing the connection to past avatars which always rubbed me the wrong way, but with knowing how the writers didnt know theyd get more seasons/chances to continue the story for a long time makes the rushed and weird ending make a bit more sense. Still cant wait to see you experience the next season!

3:08 u asked us was korra the type to quit being the avatar, beginning of s4 foreshadowing

Brady Schwartz

no raava was inside vattuu since she was killed when she split she turned into the same light sparkle that was in carry’s chest he was holding her inside him to prevent her from fusing with korra again

A2Rhombus

This episode is basically the reason people don't think this season is good. It's kind of a weird ending that doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I still think it's really good, but season 3 gets a lot better

Yo Don here's a video that gives an in-depth explanation for the Book 2 Ending: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J1ksws0C5j8

Actually, wait there's a few minor Book 3 Spoilers, but they shouldn't be that integral to understanding the explanation.

That’s a theory… Iroh had the teapot, you can a taste a bit of light in every cup…

Hate Us Cuz They Aint Us

I mean you say shes a disappointment but the enemies she faces is way harder than what anng faced, plus she is a much better bender than anng. People always say korra was a warrior born into a world than needed a diplomat and anng was a diplomat born to a world that needed a warrior

C Nichole

better bender? She had 10+ years of honing her skills whereas Aang had to learn 3 other elements within a year and end a war.....which he did. Bad comparison lol

Lil x Oskiee

its finna turn up a bit from here ngl👀

Hello Neighbor

saying shes a better bender than aang is a bit of a stretch and both book 1 and 4 of this show shows that shes not , mainly because she has no defense which leads to her losing majority of her fights
