The Hubble telescope has captured most of the images. It's out in space and recently got replaced by the James Webb telescope which has upgraded sensors so we can see further and in better quality

If your interested in space there is a game on steam called space engine and it basically lets you fly around space and you can zoom out to galaxies and fly inside any random one and look at every sun and planet inside and there is a infinite amount its really cool

I agree the chances of humans being the only civilizations are quite literally 0%. There is 100% lots and lots of more civilizations probably MUCH MUCH more advanced then humans out there.
