yes the animation is not good now

its only bad animation because of covid but these movies coming out should be good

The reason that the animation is different this season is that the studio had a lot of staff changes, including the director for the show and the chief animation director stepping down. This season was also in production during the beginning of covid so they hadn't really gotten all problems that came with it figured out yet. They then decided to change the artstyle to this, which is more similar to the manga artstyle, and also easier to animate.
