Don all I have to say is try to go into Korra with a different mindset than The last Airbender Korra is a good show and does a good job on expanding the avatar universe but don’t compare it to The last airbender it pales in comparison

Yea I think if you go in with the same expectations that it will be AS good as The Last airbender you’ll be slightly disappointed and that’s not taking away from Korra but it’s hard to Beat Aangs story. Also The last Airbender didn’t have any bad books and yk how book 2 of Korra is received

I think they're equally as good in different ways. I've seen some reactors say they prefer Korra's series, of course it is all preference but I still always find it silly when people hate on Korra (not saying this about you, but a lot hate on it for no reason).

Katara is mindlessly hypocritical and makes everyone else's tragedy (most of which are worse than hers) all about herself and the loss of her mother. This is why I cannot stand her. Honestly I do not start liking her until book 4...
