I mean, first, Katara, the heffer that stole the water bending scroll, has no place calling anyone else a thief! And second, Zuko didn't steal her necklace, she lost it and he picked it up after she had left, so... Plus, Zuko is a human being, he is more human than most in this show! He was raised under lies and propaganda, emotionally abused by his father his whole life and then severely burned and banished by his father on his journey he was slowly growing and becoming better, but made a human mistake to choose his family and home over who he was raised to believe was his enemy his whole life (the avatar). Then he got home and grew even more until he finally walked away from his family and entire people to help the avatar. Neither Sokka nor Katara had to live or make such tough decisions like that, to fight against their upbringing and turn against their family and people to help Aang. I truly cant stand Katara!
