You were asking how Guys team wouldn’t be familiar with Sasuke or Naruto despite all being from the same village. I forget what episode it’s established in but essentially they were from the class of students before Naruto and Sasuke and the other rookies, they were eligible to take the graduation exam the previous year but Guy held them back to let them go on more missions. Essentially Guy wanted to guarantee that when he submitted their names to be graduated to chunin they would be unrivaled among the other students. He wanted to have the top students in the class, and ensure that they were fully prepared for the increase in difficulty that would come with the graduation and higher level missions.
