To be fair, you are pretty perceptive Don. You picked up on the fact that Bruno's soul was what signified the "Golden Wind" name.

I just finished this video and I can explain GER's ability very briefly. For example if you picture yourself going up against Giorno and you have a nice stand ability, you get even a fatal blow off on Giorno, all of that doesn't matter... GER can return things to 0 essentially having the power of an UNO skip turn card. No matter what you do, Giorno can just make your attack and whatever you did just not happen from a certain point in time which GER himself is able to freely pick.
