i said before goku doesnt use god kaioken because god is a form mainly meant for either speed or conserving stamina, and since kaioken uses alot of stamina already it would be counter productive

Up until this point I think goku wasn't going full power blue. More like bear minimal to turn blue. He alter the amount of ki he can output with blue that's why he uses it so much.

Think of it like base ssjb and then there's full power ssjb. I think that's why they added that animation where he went full the energy crumbled off him so it displays this is full power blue

Zenkai boost doesn’t give them much of a boost any more, with therir Devine power. It was a big thing with DBZ but not with their new forms.

I feel like mid way through this tournament they decided that blue needed to be treated just a bit better and try to make it feel more powerful. Having to actually struggle to transform adds alot imo

Kaioken also damages his body. Another reason he doesn't use kaioken with god is practicality. super saiyan blue is equal to super saiyan god kaioken x50 but blue doesn't damage his body making it superior. He can then use kaioken x10 with blue which would be around 500x stronger than god or kaioken x20 with blue which would be 1000x stronger than god.
