Since clone wars came out after the third movie, and in the third movie, it was shown that it was the first time anakin met Grevious. So in the clone wars, anakin will never meet grevious face to face

Again they use the term kill when they are largely DESTROYING non living machines. I know the droids have personalities and such, but droids, for the most part, can be repaired and restored, whereas living things cannot be brought back to life. I dislike how they view it as killing when it is definitely not the same thing

Uh hello? Did you miss the part where they KILLED Geonosians in the previous arc? While their primary opponent is the droid army, they do also fight the Separatist militias and other organic forces especially invading Separatist aligned systems.
