Come join me for a relaxing stroll through my local slice of city forest, Jubilee Park in Dunedin, for a relaxing meditation.

BEST DAY EVER! School having suicide prevention assembly and other stuff and my therapist agreed that I did not need to be there so I have a day off. I will be going to meet my son and d-in-l's new cat with my daughter and trying out Panda Express's new Beyond Orange Chicken. I miss orange chicken but I really don't like the processed Beyond alternatives because of the sodium content and just all the processing. But I will try them out because it has been years since I have had orange chicken. Then going grocery shopping with my daughter and this afternoon there will be an amazing audio drop that I am totally looking forward to hearing. I tried the pattern out at 2:30 am and......umm...I will talk about it in the post. BDE!!!!

craving a lot stimulation so put on survivors by tim baker in the background while listening to this and unity is incredible. it's almost as if the two are designed for each other. i'm in awe.
