New Taxes from Patreon (Patreon)

Hi, I was checking my Email and I found one from Patreon about new taxes for the pages. 

Now I'm not sure what it's going on but it says it will add extra taxes for some of you, it will depend on what country you're living.

I don't know how it works, they just told me to tell you this, so be advised and I hope none of you receive an extra charge about this. This started just the 1st of June.
