Rows upon rows of linguistic information await you as you explore this month's feature map, the map of which is accessible via Reddit or DeviantArt.
This month's feature map is for a new series of maps I will be working to pump out over the next little while as I race to complete my linguistics spreadsheet for the whole project. This one is on Africa, and the next ones will also be continent-based.
A little explanation: each country depicted has an easy to Google 3-letter code that corresponds to an OTL / real ISO-639-3 code for a lect/language. I urge you to search some of these up. There are so many interesting Wiki rabbit holes awaiting you!
I've attached the associated background spreadsheet that includes extensive information/data on linguistic relationships, notes to clarify on corresponding real world language, and the writing systems used. You can also access the file from the cloud. Here is the link to the spreadsheet.
