Hey everyone, just giving a very quick mini-update on 5.0.

I'm planning on using this opportunity (restructuring everything) to finally include a 'muscle conditioning' stat.  This will act as a multiplier on the character's base muscle size, either boosting or penalizing their actual strength score.

The equation is very simple:  Strength =  (Muscle*Conditioning)

An average conditioning will be 1.  It'll be very possible to go below 1.  And depending on a character's genetics/perks, currently planning for up to a 2 to be naturally obtainable.  Beyond that, one will have to use inventions, potions, magic, and whatnot to increase their conditioning.

I think Conditioning is an important function because it adds another "lever of control" to the game's balance.  What's really nice about it, is once the girl reaches a very large size, one can gain huge strength boosts by focusing on conditioning.  This will also allow the girlfriend to achieve truly epic levels of strength in the future without merely increasing the muscle level over and over.  (Envision:  Strength 40, conditioning 10 girlfriend; effective strength: 400)

This also allows for further roleplaying opportunities.  Perhaps you're someone who prefers more realistic levels of musculature - now you can focus on densifying the muscles of your girlfriend with 16 inch arms.  Or perhaps densify an even smaller girlfriend, chuckling as a 10 muscle girlfriend with 3 conditioning utterly dominates a 20 muscle 1 conditioning player character.  And on that note, now your athletic girlfriend who pumps iron all day can be stronger with 13 inch biceps than an office-working player with 15 inch arms.

But as I've hinted at, Conditioning will be a difficult stat to obtain beyond the initial gains.

Note:  The art will be less consistent, as your girlfriend might now have expert conditioning in game, while the art is ripped.   That's an unfortunate concession that I think is worth making.  (Better to have a funner and more compelling game with imperfectly matching art, than a less fun game with matching art.)

I'm curious, I just pledged, and I was wondering where to get the link to download?

Hi, Sorry for any confusion - but there's no download link yet. All $10+ patrons will receive early access to completed builds of the game, and automatic invite to beta tests. The Backer Version will be given out to all $5+ pledges once 5.0 is finished (which could be months away, but you'll see the stream of updates here)
