Alright, well, I really wanted to have the song I've been working on finished and implemented into the game to show you before the month was over, but it's clear to me now that I'm gonna need a little more time.

I've really been busting my ass working on this music, trying to push it as far as I can. Every time I think I'm done, I find 6 more things I'd like to push further if I can. Even now, I've made my peace with a few things I'm gonna ignore...though I may circle back.
Because it's super important to me that this song delivers.

Because the song I'm working on is the sex song 😂

Well, I'm planning to make at least two sex songs, but for now, this is the primary track I'll use for lovemaking scenes, so I really wanna make sure I do it justice.

I've finished composing/arranging all of it, and I've done a lot of the mastering, but in these final hours, a friend of mine convinced me to dust off the ol' electric guitar that I've barely played in the last decade and to record some real guitar in there instead of pure MIDI instruments. Since I have no fucking calluses anymore, it's been a little rough...but on the bright side, it looks like I'm capable of playing what I composed in the MIDI up-to-speed, which is a relief.

The plan is to record the guitar, finish mastering it, export the tracks, pick a fun love scene in the game to set music to, and then record a demo video for you of that scene with this music.

I'm thinking maybe Amy's primary love scene for the demo? It's gotta be one that starts out tender and slow, then ramps up. And I'd rather not do Julie's love scene because ya'll just aren't ready for that.

Anyway, sorry I couldn't get it out in time before the month ended, but I swear it'll be so cooooool.
