Just wanted to fit one last post in since I was rather inactive this month. And look at that, it's a "non-front-to-front" position!

I made a commission a little while ago that was this same position with Kelly, which I recently polished up a bit more, and I decided I wanted another angle to go with it.
This kind of shot immediately comes with its own set of hurdles, the first being that I need to get myself attracted to the idea, fast. If I'm working on a shot and it's just not coming together for me, then I scrap it.
I'll admit that I surprised myself with this one, though. I do rather like it, and it doesn't even rely on cleavage.

But another hurdle is the butt/legs area in general.
Long story short, my models are very slender in those areas, to the point where it...simply looks bad. The topology is a mess, and I really don't feel like reconstructing it, so basically I just put a lot of effort into reshaping that area on the rare occasions that I let the camera see the thighs.

The other HUGE FUCKING PAIN, something I've never gotten quite right and constantly struggle with, is getting Flin's hand to look like it's gripping the pelvic area properly. This has been a problem on numerous other renders, to the point where I often give up and hide that area, or settle for something subpar.
In this case, I reoriented the hand, fingers, and especially thumb so many times, before I finally settled on this and was like "barely good enough." Then I went into Gimp and added some subtle skin folds at the points of contact, and that helped considerably. This is easily the best I've ever done on that front, but I still wish it was better.

Anyway, I hope you like it. Moving on!
