You can actually tell that it was the Vice President who boarded the helicopter because she speaks differently than Kirari does. It's a subtle difference, but it's there. The speech pattern is slightly different. Kirari and Ririka (the vice president) are identical twins and actually also have the same letters in both of their names. Ririka was the one who left to talk to the heads while Kirari pretended to be her sister. There is a reason why Ririka wears the mask, but that's addressed in the next season. But Kirari is able to hide undercover because of that mask. You can also tell at the very end that the Fool was not the marked card because when Runa (the little girl) is laying in a circle, all of the cards are face up except for the marked card which is the one she's looking at. You can see the Fool is one of the cards that was face up which means that the marked card was something else. It's those small details that are really neat about the show and also makes it even more compelling to watch the show over and over again to pick up on those small details
