I really wish I could sit down and have a discussion with you after each episode XD there are so many things I wanna highlight and questions I have about your thoughts on stuff! I'm just gonna say this. GoT is a show that requires a lot of time/effort and reflection in order to really dive into and understand most things. So the fact that you watch so many shows and you're STILL able to keep up is pretty fucking amazing Juli, I mean it! no shade, but I know reactors that ONLY react to GoT and they don't understand shit lol. I look forward to the next episode as usual :)

I don't think even Joffrey was allowed to pick his own Hand of the King. If you remember Tywin sent Tyrion to be the hand and Joffrey didn't have a choice. Then Tywin arrived and Joffrey still didn't have a choice.

Drogon was just coming to check up on his Mother, once he sniffed her and realised she was ok he left again, Drogon is the most rebellious child but also most bonded and loyalist to his mother...few scenes have already shown that.

I like how Dany is getting an education about how complicated and difficult it is to rule. To be a good ruler. Sometimes there are no good choices. I think, justice-wise, what she did was the right decision. Politically, perhaps not, because you lose the public favor and that makes it nearly impossible to rule without then resorting to force. When you do that, you're no longer a good ruler.
