Yes! This is the episode we've been waiting for since the beginning of season 1! Great mix of action and feels!

Calculatus Eliminatus

Consider the following and how even those episodes in Season 1 that people thought meant nothing. Actually mean everything.. In the episode with the "ghost" that was after the girl. May says, "I told her the same thing you told me in Bahrain, You have to let the girl go". Raina was searching for a clairvoyant(who could see the future) and then she becomes one. And you are so right.. They have so much more figured out and planned and little hints that all end up coming together. Even in season 5, things are still that way.

You know how much better season 2 was than season 1? Season 3 is at least that much better than season 2.

Exactly. Ming Na gives a stand-out performance in this episode and really shows that she's not just an action star. Also this shows another thing I love about this series. The characters change and grow as people from episode to episode and season to season. Fitz, Simmons, May, Coulson, Mack, Hunter, etc. - none of them are the same as when we first met them.

Once again I caution you to not read the comments for this show's reactions that are on youtube. There are small but very significant spoilers. People do not seem to understand that mentioning anything about upcoming seasons and characters can be spoilery and give away too much.
