Great to see you back! Some points from this episode - Crusher Creel is a Thor villain and his usual (comic book) weapon is a ball and chain. Good to see that you met Mack. He's a complicated guy. Hunter is also one of my favorites since he's so snarky. You don't have to watch any movies before this season. Everything will get explained as you go. Fitz has something called 'aphasia', which is an inability to understand and formulate language. Also you may have noticed that there are a lot more 'feels' this season, as well as more action, drama and humor. (The humor gets a little dark, though.) One more thought - I think the only person still shipping SkyeWard is Ward.

Your reactions here are the exact reason why SHIELD is so good. They trust their audience and treat them with respect. They don't have to manufacture drama or over explain things. And you learn to trust that if it doesn't make sense, it will. The whole Fitz thing lets you FEEL what Fitz feels without them being heavy handed about it. Just let the audience feel and believe as Fitz does. The reveal has so much more impact as it slowly dawns on you what the reality is. Gotta Agree with others so many good ones. So many that are worthy of the full reaction.

It's so hard to pick particular episodes for full reactions, but... I'll give it a shot. If you can't do all of them, then be sure to do...okay, I just looked at the episode list on IMDB and I can't pick. They are all amazing!

Okay, one more comment. Since the writers aren't waiting for a movie to come out like they were in season 1, you'll notice that the stories will run faster. They can pack a lot more story into this season than they could in the last one.

Ward IS very complicated. I understand why he made the decisions he made and they make sense, from his point of view. But, from everyone else's point of view, his actions are not justifiable. So, it's understandable to get where he's coming from and feel for him, but also understandable to not forgive him at all. I think the writers are not expecting anyone to feel a certain way about him, at this point. They seem to just want you to say that he's not a black and white character, so you decide where you stand. I'm pretty much right with you on this where I feel for him, but can't forgive what he did to Fitz and Simmons, not to mention betraying the rest of the team.
