I strongly dislike cersei (I hate cersei) because she's just like little finger and you can't deny it only she has more power andshe does't know what to do with it. She's so condescending and vindictive. She hates and picks on everyone, like Sansa (and sansa's my queen) and Tyrion when they've never done anything to her. She's a bully for no absolute reason,she picks on everyone thinking she's better than them and I don't like it. I know you like her because she acts badass but I can't stand her... with a passion

I think a lot of people see Cersei as a manipulative b***h. The actress who plays her has said that at san diego comicon, there were people that would frown at her and skip her in the autograph line, or even tell her how much they hate her. I love Cersei because you can see that everything she does, she does for her children. She was one of the women who were forced into a marriage she never wanted and she's had to be who she is to survive. She's ruthless but that's what the world she lives in has made her into.

It is difficult to explain why I hate Cersei without using spoilers. However, Cersei is the reason her son Joffrey is the mean, self-centered person he is. Both of them are cruel and sadistic. That said, the actress (who agrees with the above assessment) brilliantly portrays her role. She is a great actress. Allow me to give you some brief trivia...you will never see Cersei and Bronn in any scene together. They used to date in real life but had a bad breakup and now have a court order barring them from ever appearing together. Finally,, as usual, congratulations on a great reaction!

I wish I could say our reactions were the same but they wasn't I was just shocked. My face was just the shocked emoji the whole time. Then I got up and just walked into the bathroom saying "I'm done with this stupid show, this dumb show!" Then I just sat in shock on the floor in the bathroom for like 30 minutes. Caitlyn stark was a queen to me even though everyone hated her... her scream will forever haunt me. THE RED WEDDING!!! THE RED WEDDING!!!!!!!!!

Cersei's great qualities are she loves her children and most of her family Her great weakness is outside of that she cares only for herself. She is perfectly willing to sacrifice everyone else to obtain her goals. There is no "for the good of the realm", for the good of the court or even for the good of Jaime. If not for the love of her children she would be the classic narcissist. She is incapable of love outside of her children, and she is incapable of sacrifice. She is also incapable of inspiring anyone to do anything beyond using threats, her family name, and money. Dany is clearly her opposite in this way. Her views and goals are inspiring. Even in a time and world that minimizes, brutalizes, and objectifies women it is she, a woman, that shows they way toward a greater society.

And to continue. For all intents and purposes Cersei could be a man for the way she uses things and people then discards them at her whim, for the way she believes "Power is power", for her overall view of us against the world, and her lust for control and domination. Dany is all that she is not.

Man you're a smart woman. You just get things. If this is your favorite episode then you are a true fan. Someone who understands what good TV and good story telling is about. All of your responses are great. Out of all the responders to GOT you are far and away the best. I'm just kinda nervous that you are going through the seasons maybe too fast. Again, if you loved this episode then you will absolutely love some much that is to come.

I really think that being able to watch eps and seasons one after the other is a blessing for you and I feel it when I see your reaction. You're able to remember things and catch thing that people overlooked or forget because it had been a week or more since it was brought up at the time... Like I had totally skipped the reference to the song that Cersei talked about in 3x08 and most people probably did and that's why we might have been so shocked... At the end karma got to Rob and it was fatal... In this world and especially for the Stark honor and promise are everything... By not standing for his, Robb doomed itself... It's sad and poetic.
