HTTYD v2 - Custom car setup (Patreon)

Been organizing my outline of v2 of HTTYD, where Marcus will be down to 9 inches tall! One of the new things about this height will be that he can't drive unsupervised though, so legally Jessie will always need to be in the car with him (like when people with driver's permits need someone in the car with them). So his car will be "designed" for small people like him to drive, but also with the second passenger in mind for supervision. 

So because of this, what level should his seat and steering wheel be at? As you can imagine this will eventually lead to some kinds of new interactions and situations between the two of them, but how? I'm assuming based off my poll a month ago of what people wanna see that "seat level" will win but wanted to ask people first :)
