12/13/20 Update (Patreon)

Hey guys, Moshi here. Cora and I hope that you're all doing well! As this year is coming to a close, I wanted to give a brief update about what our plans are for the next couple of weeks as well as going into next year. As most of you probably know, this is our full time job. We take commissions and complete patreon requests for Gold tier and higher patrons and that has served as our source of income very comfortably ever since June of 2019. I am very happy to be able to say that as some artists use patreon and commissions as a secondary source of income, but thanks to all of you supporting us, we have been able to work from home, drawing throughout the entire day and make a living off of it. Though we did run into a bit of financial trouble a few weeks ago due to hardware problems, we were able to make it through, again, thanks to all of you that continue to support us.

That being said, we want to start doing more on our part in terms of content, starting with something we promised to do once we hit $100 a month but never delivered on. Sometimes, we will stream our artwork in our discord server, but not many people are around usually to watch, mainly because not everyone is on our server, nor is there a way to notify absolutely everyone when we do so. To rectify this, we are going to start doing regular streams! We will most likely use picarto to do so, and once everything is set up, we will run a test stream just to make sure everything works properly. We will not keep stream links private as we feel that we do not have enough patrons to justify keeping it to a select few, but if we gain enough in the future, then we will potentially look into rewarding patrons with access to private streams.

Another thing that we will be doing is pushing out larger content such as our comics as well as sharing more of our stories with those that are interested in reading them! We will make a post of that very soon, so keep an eye out for that. We also read every piece of feedback that we get and we love hearing from you guys as to what you'd be interested in seeing! We will start opening polls soon as well, and again, with enough patrons, we will look into making patron exclusive polls to reward those that support us. We will also begin making a thank you banner at the end of every month, thanking those of you that support us!

As you can see, we have a lot planned for this upcoming year; this is our job and we take it very seriously, but at the same time, we absolutely love everything that we do and we are so happy to continue making content for you all!
