Sebastian is the adviser of Princess Francesca. Albeit young, this turtle offers more wisdom and guidance than turtles twice his age. Even before she was of age to take on royal duties, Francesca decided that Sebastian would be her adviser. Sebastian's one goal is to help others however he could. His father personally served the queen and he saw how happy she was from his help, and so he set in his mind to do the same thing for Francesca and the rest of the kingdom. Despite this, Sebastian is still fairly young and inexperienced, his curiosity sometimes getting the best of him. Needless to say, he is very dependable on and whenever a task is required, he gets the job as quickly as possible. He's usually busy working, helping people in the castle or in the town.
