how do you switch between fk/ik on the feet? The hands are set to IK but legs are stuck on FK

Go into pose mode > select the limb in question > press N to bring up the side panel > go to Item tab > Rig Main Properties section of the menu > IK-FK slider. I've also reuploaded the file with the limbs all set to the same setting and the subsurface levels cleaned up. Didn't intend to leave that stuff like that.
