Because of a sudden problem with my country’s Paypal, I have to deal with many problems including submitting a petition to Paypal. That makes me not have much time to work next month.

So, I want to announce that there will be no ‘character voting poll’ in February, but I will choose the character that will be drawn in February. 

I will make an announcement soon for everyone to make a decision later this month. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
