Update to payments and subscription (Patreon)

There won't be a change to payments, but starting from December, I will be switching to subscription based payments. For those who are already subscribed, it still means you will be charged on the 1st of the month. However, for any new subscribers, they will be charged on the day they join. Hopefully this helps with the issue of payments when switching between tiers. :3
