Patreon Update: November 2019 (Patreon)

I talked about this on the podcast and in other places but this month I will be doing a Regretting The Past on Staind.  I'm still debating which album, but I have options and some things I need to say about crabby uncle Aaron.

As a minor update, I'm going to start trying to make my album reviews a little longer and more in depth.  I usually stick to a format for time but I want to start expanding a little.  Nothing huge, just slight changes.

The big thing I wanted to ask you is about bringing back at least one round of How Did I Miss This?!  I'm cautious about it because normally these videos get very poor watch time and not many more views than a typical album review video.  One idea I have is to include more albums in one video (say five instead of three).  The other issue though is that it just takes time to work on with editing all that together and sometimes the time investment isn't worth it.  I want to do it, but only if enough interest is shown.  The other problem with HDIMT is that sometimes very obscure bands/albums are chosen and they don't draw views (adding to the view/watch time problem).  That's not anyone's fault, but rather just how it is.  Regardless, I want to see if there is any interest in bringing this back.  Let me know in the comments if you would want to see it back, and if you have suggestions for a format.

November and December are the best times for YouTube so sharing and getting the word out for the channel helps now more than ever.  If you see a video you loved from me, share it out and tell people to subscribe.  That goes for all your favorite video creators as well.
