Another additional R-18 CG polling (Patreon)

About 80% done with my thesis (main paper is done, but gotta give two more presentations about it + revise the paper if asked to + make additional things like graph etc), so pretty happy about it, and will be able to concentrate on the game again (tho still gotta prep up for presentation :p) 

Anyway, since doggy CG one is already done (gotta do a finishing touch first before I could show it tho), here's the poll to decide the next one~!
