I added $CHAT to my SOLALT position - it is about 2.5% of my SOLALT bag.  Entry Price was $1.40. I don't usually chase but this is an exciting project... backed by folks with Scruples in an area where it is NEEDED and no other chain can pull it off... #OPOS.  I ALSO TESTED IT AND IT WORKS SO IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE A RUG. 

IT COULD GO TO ZERO AND I AM OK WITH THAT.  I MADE SO MUCH ON NOS ETC I CAN MOVE SOME OF THOSE GAINS INTO HIGHER RISK PROJECTS.  PS I HAVE ANALYZED 60 PROJECTS OVER LAST 3 WEEKS THIS ONE GETS MY ATTENTION.
