Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) are plants or animals that have had their DNA changed in a lab. Scientists do this to make the plants better in some way, like making them grow faster or be more resistant to pests.  One way they make them resistant to pests is by adding a gene called Bt, which makes a protein that is toxic to insects. When these insects eat the plant, their stomachs explode - and my simple brain. If it makes an insects stomach explode it's definitely not good for a human stomach.

Apparently, there was a time when bringing up politics or religion was considered risky. We now have to add diet to that list!!! The truth is that most people have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to food and health! Doctors are no help (most of them). There may be some who have some clue about diet, but when you have so many doctors arguing over what’s healthy and what isn’t, we have to wonder. Just like James leaves emotion out of it and presents us with good quality and accurate data, there are a small group of doctors who present just the data from high quality research. Those are the people I trust when it comes to diet and health. They aren’t biased or bought and paid for by big food! Let’s all be careful and make an effort to eat healthy and clean.

Some very easy rules of food. Drink water. Two cups of coffee with only 1 tsp coconut oil. Maybe a beer or wine now and then. Don't eat processed foods or white powders. Rice seems OK, but I like to stick to brown rice. Learn how to cook and use spices and cook everything from scratch. It works. I am never hungry, love the food that I eat, don't get cravings or crashes and maintain about 20% body fat without really trying.

Thank you for mentioning all these health risks. Catherine Austin Fitts believes there's been a concerted effort to increase the levels of toxins in all humans which began in the 1990s, and is continuing to ramp up, year after year. She calls it, "The Great Poisoning". Vaccines are a big one and one of their main delivery systems to get a lot of poisons into a lot of bodies by way of mind control. I'm sad and angered that they were so successful over the last few years. We won't have widespread health until the current system of liars and murderers are gone.
