Q4 is historically good in the stock market with November being the best month. 

November is often the best month of the year for the stock market because it is the month before the holiday shopping season and the Santa Claus rally. Additionally, November is typically a month in which there are fewer negative economic surprises, as companies have already released their third-quarter earnings reports and investors are looking ahead to the fourth quarter.
