SEC has now lost Ripple and Grayscale in rapid succession.  They now have absolutely no case against Coinbase.

There's a possibility of appealing, followed by further court proceedings. Grayscale will secure victory once more, leading to another round of appeals, potentially even reaching the Supreme Court. It's conceivable that the final decision favoring Grayscale might not materialize immediately—perhaps around 2024—but it's widely anticipated to occur eventually.

The case ruling:

Discount on GBTC cratered to 16.5%.  ETHE should follow soon.

What a day team.... while I only bought a little BTC during this dip I did go extraordinarily long on MSTR with a ton of put selling and call buying. Well that has needless to say done very well despite the high risk of the move.

I can't thank James enough. His analysis has been spot on. His trades on GBTC when GBTC was trading on heavy discount has been nothing but exceptional. Thank you so much James

Thanks, James. Interesting that ETHE is still at a significant discount, with only 10% difference at 30% ETHE / 20% GBTC. Excited to see MSTR rocket this morning!

WOW! James...are you seeing the ARKK option contracts? Specifically: ARKK JUN 21 2024 $45 CALL Already up 25%+ since mentioning in here as an alternative to only buying Tesla, Bitcoin, etc separately. Cathy Wood knows what she's doing. When this BTC+TSLA market booms, she's going to be on it. Looks like MANY others see it the same way. I personally chose Jun 21, 2024 bc it is a couple months post ~halving time

Very excited about this result! Nice to see that checks and balances still work (on occasion)

One more chink in the armor of the SEC ! They begin to look even more political if they continue to pursue enforcement on this weakening ground . I think they are misjudging sentiment .

I still remember seeing Elon on a video several years back saying that the SEC is criminal. Now I see why he said that.
