Most days I never leave the house - but I am always on my feet!

10K steps a day - keeps the Doctor away (no offense to Drs out there)!

I was up to about 310 days of 12K plus a day until I popped my back a while back. 

I am trying again - 1/3rd the way there.

Hey James, I love walking or jogging outdoors, it clears the brain and helps you stay positive, praying for your back mate! Keep up the 10k!
