SEC Sues Richard Heart 

I seldom discuss HEX or Pulse in public due to the presence of an unpleasant army of toxic trolls. However, within this community, I have consistently voiced my concerns about its ponzi-like nature. Interestingly, I even featured Richard Heart (who also deceives about his real name) in yesterday's Q&A.

Let this serve as a reminder to all - a significant portion, approximately 98%, of the crypto landscape is filled with scams. Therefore, it's crucial to exercise caution and make wise choices in the crypto space.

As evident from the image, Richard Heart is seen wearing a $30,000 suit, a luxury funded by retail crypto investors. This further highlights the need for prudence and vigilance in navigating the cryptocurrency world.

I have the highest respect for James and his incredible analytic tools and skills and him as a person as well. I think we need to avoid personal attacks ? For those that don't know, Richard Heart was mining BTC on a laptop computer, full blocks long before James and most other people in the Crypto world were even aware of BTC. He was an early BTC advocate and a brilliant but yes complicated man. What High IQ people aren't? Its a long list. Richard has donated roughly 26 million USD? to Medical research for the SENS foundation. So the SEC is suing him ? SEC is trying to take down every crypto other than BTC. They have to be seen to be doing something !! Classic misdirection move. As the SEC have just given the biggest Crypto crime scene a big pass by dropping most charges against Sam Bank Fraud Fried and FTX. Those criminals are too close to Gary Gensler where if fully investigated he might end up in jail himself. Ooops !! How about the Democrat and Republican Politicians who took Millions of contributions from FTX? Maxine Waters seen blowing SBF a kiss as he walked through congress. So much corruption that I believe I heard that Congress just voted to stop any further investigation into the FTX debacle. Too incriminating and can't have that. Additional info. James does a regular and very informative weekly video with CTO Larsen and Ivan on Tech. Ivan is friends with Richard Heart, has had him on his YT many times over the years and is an investor in HEX and Pulsechain. Is Ivan stupid or criminal also? A wise man once said, "Judge not less you also be judged"

Ivan's channel has paid advertising and his opinion. But he doesn't hold up a sign and say when the advertising begins. It's a distinct difference in his body language and time when he shifts to shilling. After watching for 4 years it's fairly easy to see when he goes into advertising mode. I just skip that portion of the show at that point.
