I had 5 Bitcoin this time last year and sold with the aim to trade while it all got way over my head. Now I have a big bag of Solana - barely equivalent to one Bitcoin. :( I kick myself daily. Question is…. Should I convert to one Bitcoin now, or gamble on the big bag of sol? That one btc will have cost me almost 200k. :(((( Any thoughts from anyone welcome. I’m 50, so I don’t have lots of time. Modest investments otherwise.

Choose a risk ratio you are willing to take on. Example: sell 80% of your Sol and buy bitcoin. So then you have 80% BTC and 20% Sol.... Sol should outperform bitcoin by 10x+ if things go right 👍

I like InvestingKO’s numbers. That’s what I would do. Not say you should but it’s what I would do. Actually, I would probably do 80%BTC 10%SOL and 10%MSTR to multiply your BTC faster. Just sayin.

What I'm frequently intrigued to see here is people tying themselves in knots with the ultimate end goal of just achieving more bitcoin. Occasionally it's for pure fiat gains, but mostly its to increase the bitcoin stack. Funny games we play.

Maybe doing this when the sol/btc is around 0.00071 would improve things in the first instance. I would've thought it could return there in the not too distant future as the current conniptions work through the system. At that point a bag of 1,500 SOL gets you over a bitcoin and you can play with the dust left over. Putting spare fiat in at these prices too isn't a particularly dumb idea. But to Bitcoin only.

Speaking for myself, I’d take a stack of Bitcoin over a stack of overprinted, inflationary Fiat any day. Of course diversification is important as well.

James- great video! I’d like to know how many 2,3,4 up to 10 whole BTC coiners will ever exist globally. Can you provide those numbers? I’m guessing it drops very fast after 1 BTC.

Does the nasty situation of Celsius hold Bitcoin hostage? I'm wondering because I only had Bitcoin with Celsius and I've deemed it lost. Or if the miracle happens that we get something back from that fiasco, I'm assuming it is unlikely to be in Bitcoin.
