Tesla Beat Q1 Expectations (Patreon)
Content
In Q1, Tesla achieved a new all-time record by delivering 422,875 vehicles, which surpassed Wall Street's expectations of 421k.
The company also set a new production record of 440,808 vehicles during the same period. The market seemed to have anticipated this achievement, as evidenced by the significant gains on Friday.
It's worth noting that if Tesla maintains this level of production, it could deliver over 1.8 million vehicles this year, assuming there are no unforeseen events (black swans etc). Additionally, with the Gigafactories continuing to ramp up production, this target is going to get smashed.
Could be a sell the news event tomorrow but when you benchmark Tesla vs other auto makers results are astounding.
