Hi team

I had expected some weakness over the weekend - instead we got strength. It was an unusual head fake for BTC to break out above 34500 and then tank early this morning. 

Not sure if this is all manipulation but the backdrop gets more bullish by the day 

7 new whales, Israeli firm buying $2.3BN worth of BTC, hedge fund buying into MSTR, Paraguay announcement etc.

Regarding my limit orders - none have hit my ETH limit order just missed by $9 - so close. maybe I should start revising my limits from 21's to 31's :D then I would have gotten a hit. I remain patient and will let things come to me. 

CORRECTION:  The Israeli news could be fake news from Yahoo - ok so I guess we cannot trust anything we read anymore. Thanks James. It’s hard not to chase it. I just got a fill on ETH at 2047 a half hour ago. I hear your voice every time I go to chase it. “Be patient, Bitcoin comes to you”, works for ETH too. Learned my lesson chasing it all the way through the 3K’s in April/May.

James, the Israeli thing was totally made up wasn't it? I saw on Twitter it was a fake story that was pushed by a few Bitcoiners to see if they could get the media to pick up on it and they did.

Tried to deposit more dry powder into FTX.US, but instead of early crediting the deposit, they're saying I have to wait 5 days for it to process. Want to pick up more before the next upswing while prices are low, UGH.

Hi All, wanted to see if anyone else had this experience. Last week I converted a number of under performing assets in cash to then move from my Wells Fargo account into my Coinbase Pro and Voyager accounts. Over the last week I have been adding increments of 250 or 500 to my crypto accounts via ACH transfer to buy BTC, ETH, Link, Dot, AAVE, and Sol. I thought this morning was a good time to add another $250 of ETH to my holdings and when I tried to add the funds to my Coinbase pro account I got an error saying Wells Fargo said my account had insufficient funds even though my available balance is about $1100. Tried twice and got the same message. Anyone else having issues with WF lately?

Very nice! Let things come to you - that is what i try to do now as well with Aave. Via 1inch you can set limit orders for direct Aave withdrawal and deposit; i am trying this out atm with some dry power for Ethereum at 1,850$. Too low? As long as current market stays sideways for rest of summer, this should be super bullish. Let’s hope for the best ;)

Hey James just watched a video from Meet Kevin where he feels that these dips we see early in the month correlate with the release of CPI data being released , maybe he’s onto something . What are your thoughts on it ? I think a video of you two bouncing ideas off each other would be cool. Have a good day !

The "Israeli Firm" was some pleb I followed on twitter, and people just randomly started changing their names to be make-believe hedge funds or nation-state investment funds and announcing massive purchases... And somehow his one got picked up and reported on by Yahoo finance :D :D :D ... They didn't check at all... Pretty hilarious.

Does anyone know if the Wash Rule would come into play if you sold a stock like MSTR or GBTC for a loss and then bought BTC crypto?

James I learned a valuable lesson from you this weekend when using limit orders for the first time. I kept placing limit orders and cancelling when they missed as I placed another one, and another, chasing. I ended up taking a price I wasn't happy with because of fomo, when my original entry point would have hit if I had of waited one more day. I learned not to chase and also the importance of having a system/rules in place to help mitigate the impacts of my personality features.

I got a small amount for ETH at 2078.657564. I set my limit last Friday to see what would happen. I was surprised it dropped that much as the weekend showed more strength as James mentioned.

I had a problem transferring from my capitol one account, error code said “insufficient funds” even tho there was plenty enough to cover the transaction! After speaking to customer service then their manager they told me Capitol One no longer allows transfers to crypto exchanges. Apparently they just recently changed their policy..

I'd love to have a decent DCA tracker for my crypto. this sheet looks amazing but it's blowing my mind. if 'Ive been buying selling for few months and now months to straight DCA'ing in mode, do I have to manually go through ALL my trades to try see what my average (for e.g.) bitcoin was bought at....?
