From J "my Binance.us account has been locked / inaccessible since Nov and I am getting very frustrated and I hope you may have some suggestion to what I should do?"

If we can help our colleague it would be great.  I personally bailed a buddy out who had a similar issue with Square but I do not know Binance. Sincerely Team IA

If the issue is because they are blocking the IP then use a VPN. I did this a couple weeks ago and I logged into a VPN in Hong Kong and I was able to transfer my crypto off binance.com. If the issue is something else then probably just need to get a hold of support

Try them on the US telegram group it can't hurt, binances support is extremely slow. Hopefully this post gets J some attention

I do not use them but when I first signed up I had the same issue . Make sure you are using Binance U.S. I believe there are variances on App Store

...Interesting... Always a good sign when a company... Might be... Registered in the Cayman Islands, possibly... But also Malta's government has explicitly stated it is NOT and has never been registered in Malta... So I guess I might avoid that exchange then :D... That said, you could try their reddit, https://www.reddit.com/r/binance/, or tweeting @cz_binance on twitter...?

Hi everyone, Thanks for responding to my issue. Please let me elaborate what was going on from the start. I opened Binance.us acct on late Feb 2020 taking the advantage of their lower fees compared to Coinbase and started to DCA lightly on Bitcoin and made some trade on alt coins, I kept all my coins in there and everythings went well. Starting on Sept I convinced my wife and she gave me a green light to DCA little more aggressively on BTC and ETH and everything went fine until Oct, starting with problem in transferring money from my bank to Binance.us, and I opened a ticket and the solution was simple just rebind the bank account by deleting the existing bank link and recreate a new link. Problem solved, everything went well for about 2 weeks until I started transferring my coins out to my local wallet. I received an email asking me to submit a signed copy of Source of Wealth. ******************************************************** Hello John, We are contacting you with a request to provide us with a signed copy of the Source of Wealth form. You may refer to the attachment for a copy of the form. Please fill out the form and attach it during your next reply. In addition, please take a selfie while holding your proof of identification. Once our team receives these files, we'll assign this to the necessary department to review and get back to you. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to your response. Best, Kai Binance.US Support *********************************************************** And I asked them why and their response was the security team asked for it. Ok, I thought that must be some sort of mistake of them thinking of me for someone else, why would they need more KYC from me, I never ask for any new service or increase the limit of withdrawal / deposit. And all of my purchases was relatively small compared to many other accounts, and most of my purchases were in the hundreds of dollar and a few purchases were in few thousand dollar. So I just ignore the email and continue to transfer money into Binance.us as needed to DCA, at the same time I continue to transfer as many coins as I can out to my local wallet. About two weeks later I received an email asking if I need further help with my account and I simply reply all issue are resolved (since the only issue i had was to transfer money from my bank to Binance.us and it had been resolved) That was around mid Nov, since then my account was locked and I can't access the remaining coins. I panicked and opened a ticket and they resent me the previous email requesting me to submit the Source of Wealth with a selfie holding an ID. I quickly comply. Since then I have opened numerous tickets and they never tell me about the status of my account or my remaining coins. All they said was they went through a high volume of customer inquiries and the best reply I got from them was an apology for the delay. It has been 2 months and I am getting very frustrated and it seems that this is going nowhere. Thanks for reading my lengthy rant and any help or advice is appreciated. J

Yes, I am using Binance.us, I was on Binance.com before the US band, and I never have problem with them that is why I open an account with binance.us thinking it would be safe and at the same time get the advantage of the low fees.

Ive heard of something similar before on a different exchange (bittmart) the following suggestion is a bit of a longshot but try resubmitting the kyc and try writing on a piece of paper "Binance" ,your name and the date and sign it. Another suggestion Jump into a different telegram group ran by binance instead but avoid the fraudsters phishers and scammers, Good luck!!

If everything else fails you've just got to be persistent, reattach the previous emails and compile them together and keep emailing support. Then lastly would be taking legal action against binance if they don't acknowledge and work with you on this within a reasonable time period

Hi John Cool: File a claim on BBB.org and contact Binance CEO through Twiiter. Something similar happened to me and my wife in Gemini, and filed a claim on BBB, contacted one of the twin brothers using twitter, and the issue was resolved very quickly.

Sign up for Gemini asap. I have access to 8 different exchanges for varying coins...Gemini is the go to. DO NOT trade on the mobile app...1.5% fee

Thanks everyone for your great inputs. I finally got my Binance.us account unlocked after almost 3 months of being locked out. First I decided to post on Reddit (Binance) for help and waited a few days but no respond. Next I messaged via Twitter to Catherine Coley the CEO of Binance.us and to my surprise she immediately replied back to me in seconds saying that she will look into it. In less than 2 days I received an email from Binance helpdesk saying that my account is unlocked and ready to be used and I quickly transferred all my coins out. I can't be happier, this has been keeping me up for many nights thinking I would have lost all my remaining assets. Thanks everyone, JC
