- So the audience for these introduction performances was made up of those who were cast members of previous MNet shows. Representing Produce 101 were several members of Weki Meki. They were quite glad to see their old rap teacher. - I thought you checked out the song Villain before which was Cheetah and Jamie (but I'm not seeing it in your video list). They met through the show. - Yeah, Yeeun was the rapper for CLC. She actually released a song earlier this week called Strange Way To Love, which I believe is a prerelease for her upcoming debut album. So now is a great time to check out more of her. - If you haven't heard Black Dress, I recommend checking out the regular CLC version. - I didn't know Sleeq either going into the show. I was impressed with her throughout. She certainly brings a different energy compared to the rest of the members. - Queen Wasabi was another one I didn't know. I have now seen her on several different shows (including one that wasn't a music competition). - I think Queen Wasabi and Sleeq both pretty much said that their styles were the most different from each other. - I agree she was my least favorite. She still put out a song on this show that I liked. She was best when she was tempered by another show member to work with. - If you want the show version of this performance, you will some strong reactions. I remember Sei from Weki Meki covering her eyes during it. Giant Pink and Nada (who were representing UPRS) were much more receptive to it. - This was my introduction to Lee Young Ji. - As I previously mentioned, Yoojung was in the audience for this performance. This performance was how the two of them met and became friends. - No, she had already released the show. All of the intro performances were them doing songs they already did I believe.

in the lil glimpses i thought some of the ppl in the audience looked familiar. It seems like Weki Meki is overdue for a solid comeback - i dont think i have seen anything from Cheetah other than the few performances she has done while being a judge or coach on other shows.. i like some of what she does and others not so much. for example: i like the attitude and "manic type" moments, but she can also make it feel forced... it might just be i dont know enough from her - i just watched the MV for black dress, i always for get that Yujin and Sorn were from that group but that feels a lot better.. i rewatched her performance and i think it was the camera movement more than anything that made it feel weird at the time. - Strange way to love was a very pretty song. I wonder if thats going to be the vibe of the whole album - Sleeq was great, im excited to hear more from her throughout the rest of the show - Ill try to keep an open mind for Queen Wasabi for every new performance, but so far i would be lying if i said i liked anything about the first performance lol.... i can imagine the reactions were great - i think my introduction to Youngji was Soyeon's song Bad Bitch Number, but then i started listening to everything possible from her on YT Music... she seems to be friends with everyone, ive seen clips of her drinking show and she is very outgoing, loud and funny
