A few people were having issues with the Screen Fade in Sugar & Spice.

I was unable to reproduce that issue but i have tried a different way to use Screen Fade so hopefully that works for those few people having the issue.

Check your NEWEST FOLDER for the updated VAR if you need it.

The problem was with the fade when switching to couch doggie. I think the problem was the fade interaction with VAMStory, but I'm not sure. I just deleted the fade and everything worked fine. The other thing I do with every new release of yours is remove the "nipple apply" geometry from the Nips layer in Timeline. I feel this is something leftover going all the way back to Playroom, where the morph was tied to the nipple clamps.

Did you try the fix without deleting the screen fade? Should work now. Let me know. The nipple apply is for when you touch her nipples or lick them they get erect a little. I purposely left that in there. I like perky nips that get hard when I touch or pinch them. haha.

Hi, I have conducted a thorough cross-testing on session plugins and determined the reason why loading this scene causes the VAM program to instantly shut down without any hints in the error log. When users have installed the "var browser" mod, https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/var-browser.27150/ which uses BepInEx, loading this scene leads to an immediate termination of the program. This issue persists even after updating BepInEx or using the latest version released by the creator only on GITHUB. However, VAMs that do not use the var browser can load and operate normally. After investigating all mounted PLUGINS, I confirmed that only this factor causes a crash when loading this scene. This mod is crucial for users who have a larger number of .var files. When users have more than 8000 SCENES in their ADDONPACKAGE, which include characters, they need this mod to move characters or SCENES that are not currently in use to a folder not immediately monitored by VAM. When required, it automatically moves the corresponding .var files to the AddonPackage folder. Without this mod, , all the morphs contained in the characters and scenes in the Addonpackage folder will be loaded into the operating system's memory when VAM starts. At this point, the VAM program may crash due to exceeding the limit of "100,000 heap stacks" under the .net environment used by the Unity Engine. Even if it doesn't crash, the operational speed is unacceptably slow. If this issue cannot be avoided, the next Scene will also likely cause the VAM program to terminate instantly when the user has a larger number of .var files. However, the intro version does not encounter this problem.
