The gym environment can hit your FPS so I have included a NO GYM version. Looses the immersion somewhat but the animations run way better. 

I included a slider to adjust the speed of the animations based on your rig and your settings. The No Gym version you will need to slow down the animations I think.

NOTE: clicking the sub-scene buttons more than once can cause a crash or multiple loads at once. Click the button once and wait for it to load. If things are looking weird select RESET SCENE.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place VAR File in AddonPackages Folder and ensure you have all the dependencies. See text file. Also unzip the Custom.zip and put in the appropriate folder.
