Streams and Videos (Patreon)

Heya guys, I wanted to ask for your opinion about my future content on Youtube/Twitch.
First of all I am not sure witch one will fit me better Youtube or Twitch, or just do both?
Secondly I want to have few segments on Youtube: 1.Creating! ( Crafting, art, makeup and cosplay content ); 2. Vlogs and entertainment ( Unboxing, voiceovers, fun stuff); 3. Games - which can me transferred to Twitch. So is it ok if I have all of these segments or just focus on one thing? And most importantly which segment will you be most interested in?
/ Also, related to that - I have a surprise that I will reveal tomorrow! /
