Continue the a new queen for westeros series

I have always wanted to see some generic meek guy become a stunning bombshell. For the meek guy I usually turn to Shinji Ikari, but I can accept an OC or another character. In this case the end result will be Rias Gremory from DxD. I am thinking a method where the victim is dead and wakes up in a house or maze in purgatory where their choices or actions change their appearance and personality (or at least convince them they need to change their personality). This is like a spin on reincarnation before they are reborn.
