There is a reason I why I pay people for drawings. Here are some intensely bad images of what this looks like with no topography, and no sense of scale.

Hong Yaowu would be the north western tip on the sub assembly. There would also be criss-crossing lines, but I can't do those properly without it looking like a complete mess. The spirals also all connect. In the center of the spirals there are rocks.

Perfection.

Beeees!

Could just drawing it out on paper and taking a picture be easier? Tho I'm starting to get a taste of what this all looks like, thanks

It's good enough to have an idea of what Bi De is looking at. A proper map at some point might not be a bad idea though.

Relaxing story with great characters? Nah. MS Paint map circles. Now this is what I'm paying $5/mo for. (For real though, this is really helpful. Although it'd be even better with the other towns we've seen on there as well! Hopefully we can get a detailed map at some point)

So the wood formation is clockwise from fire. Earth most likely counterclockwise from fire. And the metal formation in the last spot.

So the formation is a fractal of spirals arranged in a regular pentagon shape.

seems like the formations purposes was to swap the elements. Maybe to kill the Kintsugi genius loci or steals her qi. Like some asshat trying to use her to ascend? Would also explain why the qi to thin

How many villages are part of one spiral?

Arnon Parenti

It looks like Bi De is actually on his way to Fa Ram.

Do you mean small spiral with small rock, or big spiral with big rock?

Idan tal

The villages are there for around 78 generations (1,600 years +-), and the catastrophic event isn’t mentioned anywhere, so we can assume the small stones where positioned as some sort of replacement to the big ones, and the villages to keep them functioning 🤔
