The bullets hitting you accumulate lust, when it reaches the maximum you lose.

At the same time, hitting the enemy with bullets accumulates the enemy's level with which his sexual poses open and tears his clothes.

To get rid of the lust you need to hit the enemy with a net and interact with them, it's simple enough, but the gameplay can be improved at any time if I come up with something more interesting, but for now, this is it.
