Here we have Carmine decked out with some new power ups from her world. This one being Lizardite! Carmine can shape her body with different types of stones and usually specific stones help shape it in certain ways.

So in this case Lizardite makes her more Lizard-like.

The changes are never permanent but depending on how much is used could increase the time as well as using minerals that are close to her body structure with make things more long lasting. Also they can break off as if nothing was on her to begin with.
