I love this characterization of Shakespeare so much. The actor portraying him did a great job of making him really charismatic. Often we see pictures of Shakespeare and he seems really dull and boring, but of course his words, his poems, his plays paint a very different picture so I'm glad they brought that side to life here.

Oh I completely agree! I didn't for a second think about the fact it was an actor portraying Shakespeare. That was obviously him, for real. At least for me lol
