Finally a Helo-centric episode! Unfortunately it was  on the weaker side of BSG for me, but there was still a lot to love in the midst of it. More Caprica Six please!!!

You seem very sure that Baltar will be convicted Chris. Assuming it's a fair trail, what's your reasoning?

Can't say I've thought about it, but it would be because he's guilty and everyone knows it 😅. How are they going to find someone who isn't aware of his actions on New Caprica? I suppose it could depend on the charges and I think it would be more interesting if they did focus on his "original sin" from the miniseries.

Fair point but you run into the principle of 'under duress'. I.e. Do it or we pitch you out the airlock. Having no moral courage is detestable but not actually ILLEGAL. All this is basically if Roslin doesn't simply go for a show trail if the spectacular charges are picked instead of the ones they've got actual hard evidence for a conviction, it won't be a snap for a guilty verdict

I'm fairly certain Roslin's trial will be more for show than anything else 😅 But I also think Gauis made the choices he made immediately because he always chooses the self-serving path-- so he never really had the opportunity to be "under durress". The man was hoping he would be a Cylon lol! It'll be really interesting to see what happens... at least I'm assuming we aren't going to reference a tiral, build it up and then not have the trial.
