My first time reacting to a full length film. *NOTE* Don't drink coffee & water during viewing. What an outstanding film though, a real shame I haven't seen it until now.

I think Spielberg or the crew named it Bruce. I read the book years ago, before the film came out; I don't remember the shark being named, though.

It is in fact Bruce in the novel. I don't believe it is named in the film. Unrelated, this is my first time visiting this post since I posted it over a year ago now. I'm not sure why I added the note (likely to myself) not to drink water and coffee during viewing, but I have done so pretty much every reaction. 😅
